SIMPLIFIED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The frames of our DH models are guaranteed for 2 years.

The frames of our Enduro, Trail, E-Bike, Kids, Dirt and City models are guaranteed for 5 years. The chain stays and Contact System of our full-suspension frames are guaranteed for 2 years.

Our RIDE ALPHA brand components are guaranteed for 2 years.

Make sure you have the following documentation that will be requested by our team:

- Invoice
- Serial number of the bike (engraved under the bottom bracket)
- Photos of the problem
- Your delivery address

- Repair or replacement of the defective part

When replacing or repairing, we are at your disposal to give you all the advice you need to assemble your parts.

YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A THIRD-PARTY BRAND PRODUCT

THIRD PART BRAND PRODUCT

In order to assemble our bikes, we use different component suppliers such as SRAM, FOX, SHIMANO, etc...

Each brand has its own warranty policy. The decision to take charge of a warranty or guarantee case is therefore theirs.

We take care of making warranty claims on your behalf with these component manufacturers.

Most of the time, a return of the product is necessary. We then take care of the shipping costs.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

COMMENCAL FRAME OR RIDE ALPHA PRODUCT

As with any mechanical sport, equipment is put to the test. Warranty policies cannot cover everything.

On the other hand, thanks to the CRASH REPLACEMENT program, you have the chance to replace your damaged product at a preferential price.
